Two independent premium retailers, Roundhouse Design and Christian Andrews Interiors, have joined forces with British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation as part of ongoing efforts to improve installation standards across the industry.
Roundhouse Design, known for its bespoke kitchens and furniture, has signed up to BiKBBI’s Installation Standards Partnership programme. Through this initiative, the company will align its installation practices with nationally recognised benchmarks focused on safety, quality, and professionalism. The partnership also provides access to BiKBBI’s compliance systems and operational guidance, helping ensure that its high-end designs are matched by equally strong installation standards.
Craig Matson, managing director at Roundhouse Kitchens, said the move reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering excellence at every stage. He noted that while design and craftsmanship are central to the brand, successful outcomes depend just as much on precise and reliable installation. The partnership, he added, helps guarantee customers a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.
At the same time, bathroom specialist Christian Andrews Interiors has strengthened its relationship with BiKBBI by becoming an official Partner. The company has been registered with the organisation since 2021 and was an early recipient of its AiM accreditation, which recognises high standards in installation.
Ian Cloggie of Christian Andrews Interiors described the step as a natural progression, highlighting the company’s alignment with BiKBBI’s focus on quality and integrity. He said the partnership offers added reassurance to customers that projects are delivered by qualified professionals to the highest standards.
