Italian appliance maker Bertazzoni has introduced a new addition to its Professional Series: an induction hob featuring an integrated hood and tactile control knobs. Finished in Carbonio, the model will debut at the brand’s Milan showroom on Via Durini during Milan Design Week later this month, during 20th to 24th April 2026).
The new hob pairs a glossy black glass surface with the Carbonio finish to create a refined yet durable aesthetic. Titanium-finished knobs offer precise, comfortable control, while a central extraction grate adds a distinctive visual focal point.
Designed for flexibility, the hob includes four 3kW Octa cooking zones and two Multizone configurations, allowing users to adapt to a variety of cooking styles. It also delivers strong energy efficiency alongside high performance, with an extraction system capable of reaching 610 m³/h for fast, quiet ventilation. A Power Limitation function enables compatibility with different household electrical capacities.
Installation options have also been expanded. In addition to traditional ducting systems that vent air externally, two alternative configurations are available. The back-outlet mode channels air into the space behind cabinetry for a streamlined installation, while the plinth-out option releases filtered air back into the kitchen. Both systems rely on a long-life ceramic filter that can be regenerated in the oven and typically lasts between three and five years.
This latest model reflects the broader strengths of Bertazzoni’s Professional Series, which emphasizes capacity, usability, and design cohesion. Signature elements such as ergonomic handles, refined knobs, and a sophisticated color palette contribute to a consistent visual identity that has earned multiple design awards. The full range includes freestanding cookers, built-in ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems.
Across the collection, components are designed to align seamlessly, both vertically and horizontally, ensuring a cohesive kitchen layout. Combined with advanced technology and flexible configurations, the Professional Series offers a streamlined way to create a balanced, modern kitchen with a strong sense of symmetry and style.
