Aughton Lancashire. Is only a couple of miles from the Kitchen Kraft, Formby in Liverpool showroom and as a well respected family run business, this North West kitchen company has built a solid local reputation so it came as no surprise to get a referral for this Real Kitchen from one of their previous customers.

Kitchens Kitchens spoke to David Hawkes from Kitchen Kraft who commented:

“Andrea & Gary came to Kitchen Kraft after seeing a Kitchen Kraft installation in their friends home. Their intention was to completely remodel their existing kitchen by extending the space into the garden to make a large dining kitchen & living area. “

“The design pairs a solid black walnut shaker style door with a square brushed steel handle and Silestone Blanco Maple work surfaces and these elements combined wonderfully to give the scheme a rich, modern and uncluttered feel.”

David added:

“The main feature of this design has to be the large curved island which incorporates a wide induction hob, down draught extractor, pop-up socket and breakfast bar seating area. The streamlined effect of the Siemens in-line appliances looks stunning but Siemens have really paid a lot of attention into making sure their appliances all line up perfectly so we can’t take all the credit there.  The run of Siemens consists of a combination microwave oven above a warming drawer balanced by single ovens on either side to become a stylish focal point whilst softening the walnut tall housing units.”

This Real Kitchen Case Study from Metris kitchens dealer and Siemens Master Partner Kitchen Kraft is a lovely example of the more traditional style of kitchen available in a UK market that is somewhat polarised between the German and Italian styled, and the English Classic as no disrespect to the Germans, but whilst they are good at the modern handle-less (even though Metris is giving them a run for their money) the Germans just don’t seem to capture the hearts of UK customers in the classics like Shaker, as seen here.
